The words of the Risen Christ to 'doubting' Thomas teach us about a defining feature of Christian people, as those who see the invisible. They also expose the hard-heartedness of those who refuse to believe even the things that are seen.

John.20.29Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
