After the Lord Jesus Christ turns the water into wine at a wedding in Cana, the governor of the feast marvels that the good wine has been kept for last, whereas the way of the world serves the best first. These words help us to contrast the eternal joy of salvation with the fleeting pleasures of this world.

John.2.10And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
